Brain Balance

Enrollment Director: Turn Conversations Into Life-Changing Results

Allen, Texas•Full-time
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
About the Job
Brain Balance of Allen & Dallas | Full-Time | $100,000–$150,000 Total Compensation Potential
You're a closer. You're also the person families trust. If you've built a career selling high-value programs and you're ready for your wins to mean something bigger, keep reading.
At Brain Balance, every enrollment starts with a parent who's worried about their child's focus, behavior, or confidence, and ends with a family that has a plan. Our program uses the brain's natural ability to grow and rewire (neuroplasticity) to help students ages 4 to adult build stronger attention, emotional regulation, and behavioral control.
As our Enrollment Director, you'll be the first person families meet and the one who helps them say yes to change. You'll drive revenue, build our community presence across Allen and Dallas, and get to see the results walk back through our doors every week.

The Opportunity: Your Results Drive Your Earnings

Total compensation potential: $100,000–$150,000. This role is built for a self-driven closer who wants their income to reflect their performance. It pairs a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with a high variable component, so the more families you help enroll, the more you earn.
And you won't be starting from scratch. Our centers have a strong reputation in the market and a proven sales record built over the last 6 years. You'll step into an established brand with families already seeking us out. Your job is to turn that momentum into enrollments.

Why You'll Love It Here

•         Sell something you believe in. No hard-sell gimmicks. Our sales method is built on real human connection and data-driven insight, and the product genuinely changes lives.
•         Two centers, double the opportunity. Allen and Dallas give you a bigger market, more families, and more room to win.
•         Your impact is visible. You'll see the kids you enrolled gain confidence, make friends, and thrive.
•         Fast-paced, never boring. Every day brings new families, new conversations, and new goals to hit.

The Perks

•         Health insurance program
•         401(k)
•         3 weeks of paid time off per year
•         Sundays are always one of your two days off
•         A trip to the Brain Balance National Convention
•         Your own personal development plan
•         One giftable assessment per year, plus a discounted program for your family
•         Team outings, free snacks, and beverages in the center

What You'll Do

•         Own the enrollment journey. Guide families from first call through assessment to enrollment, delivering an experience that earns high enrollment and referral rates.
•         Sell with heart and data. Put our proven program sales methodology to work, pairing genuine connection with the insights families need to make a confident decision.
•         Hit (and beat) your numbers. Track KPIs and sales reports, monitor progress against center sales forecasts, and adjust your strategy when needed.
•         Keep the pipeline full. Coordinate assessment scheduling with the program team so every interested family gets seen quickly.
•         Be the face of Brain Balance in the community. Build lasting referral relationships with teachers, educational specialists, pediatric professionals, and the homeschooling community across Allen and Dallas.
•         Partner with leadership. Work closely with the Center Director and program team to grow both centers.

What You Bring

This role is for an experienced, trained sales professional, not someone learning to sell on the job. You'll thrive here if you've already mastered the consultative, high-ticket sale.
•         Proven success in high-value B2C sales, ideally selling premium programs or services to families (think private education, tutoring, therapy, health and wellness, fitness, or similar)
•         Formal sales training and a track record of closing significant investments through trust, not pressure
•         5+ years of experience in sales, management, or a related field
•         A degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience
•         Confidence analyzing KPIs and sales reports, and turning numbers into action
•         High emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and strong social skills
•         Assertive, warm communication that helps families move from "I'm not sure" to "Let's start"
•         A genuine commitment to the care and compassion of children
•         The ability to stay focused and effective in a constantly evolving environment
•         A self-driven, self-motivated self-starter who sets their own pace, chases their own goals, and thrives on commission-based pay
