What You'll Do:
  • Champion every child's program. Oversee individualized programming and make sure Brain Balance standards are delivered consistently in every session.
  • Turn data into breakthroughs. Review assessment data, monitor student progress, and lead family progress meetings that build confidence and trust.
  • Build and inspire your team. Supervise, train, and mentor program coaches and staff so they can do their best work.
  • Protect program quality. Conduct regular program and session audits to keep quality high and consistent.
  • Be a trusted partner to families. Build strong relationships through regular communication and progress reviews.
  • Drive results with the Center Director. Collaborate on program and center goals, and track key metrics including attendance, re-enrollment, nutrition meetings, home exercises, paperwork completion, reviews, networking, and staff training.
  • Keep the center running smoothly. Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, enrollment tracking, and CRM updates, plus equipment, technology, schedules, and program resources.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, or a related field (required)
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with children in educational, therapeutic, or developmental settings
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (required)

  • The ability to lead with both accountability and compassion
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their full potential
